We will discuss how scholars, including here at LSHTM, have adopted Edward Said’s language in an attempt to “decolonize” their teaching. But by refusing to talk about Palestine, they have abandoned Said’s cause: the Palestinian cause. We urgently need new paradigms to reimagine the role and future of public health.
